Aramark Sports + Entertainment is the food, retail, and hospitality partner for major-league venues across North America - including operations tied to the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium and the Kansas City Chiefs at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
Responsibilities
- Own technology operations across two MLB/NFL stadium accounts.
- Lead live-event escalation and Tier III incident response during game-day windows.
- Design segmented venue networks and standardize POS, payments, and kiosk configurations.
- Partner with finance and operations leadership on CapEx, vendor selection, and rollout planning.
Problem
Game-day operations require zero-downtime POS, payments, and network infrastructure under heavy transaction load.
Approach
Owned live-event escalation, designed segmented venue networks, and standardized POS and payment configurations across Clover Sport, Tapin2, Mashgin, Micros, Shift4, and Simphony ecosystems.
Impact
Improved operational consistency during high-profile events while reducing outage risk and strengthening security posture for revenue-critical windows.
